About Us
Action for All Education or AFAE is a non-profit that focuses on bringing quality and equitable programming/education opportunities to individuals (children or adult) of all ability to enhance their current skillsets and boost community building. Some examples of the programming include Lego Club and Artist Club where skills and abilities like motor skills, dexterity, creativity, and communications are honed. Please view our programs page for more details!
Our mission
The mission of AFAE is dedicated to empowering children and people of all abilities through programming that focuses on building skills and confidence that allows them to achieve their full potential beyond community support and advocacy.
Our vision
At AFAE, we want to live in a world where people of all abilities have equitable access to programming and housing that supports skill building and increasing independence. We envision in the future where we have a sustainable community that nurtures individuals, especially children, to live to their full potential.
Our Goals
Our goals at AFAE centers around the well-being of our community members! Please consider supporting our cause or join us on our venture.
Accessible programming and education for students of all abilities.
Developing sustainable and equitable housing/living community.
Create and maintain tight-knit community that realizes the full potential of all community members.
Our purpose
Our purpose at Actions for All Education (AFAE) is to not only increase educational opportunities for individuals with different abilities, but also provide opportunities for community members to join in and be involved! Many individuals (especially children) are isolated socially and academically through schools and other factors as we see a decline in the community spaces. At AFAE, we hope to provide a safe space that will bridge the current cultural and linguistic gaps that exists in the wider locality. Through the different types of programming available for view on the Programs Page of this website, we hope to increase motor skills and dexterity, improve social skills, boost creativity, develop self confidence, increase independence, and promote/develop friendships among the youth both neurodivergent and neurotypical. In the near future, we hope to build co-living spaces that supports the job security, sustainable & regenerative living, and love for each other.
